Doug Gaspardo is an independent project management consultant based in Atlanta, Georgia. He has 20 years of experience in coaching leaders on project management, problem solving and decision making, influencing people performance and developing trainer capabilities. Prior to Kepner-Tregoe, Inc. Doug was a Human Resources Training Manager for five years with two organizations: the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) and Oglethorpe Power Corporation. In Doug’s management role he had responsibility for budget planning, staff supervision, program development and implementation.
